Entrepreneurs working themselves to death is not something new to us and the ability to handle stress is what sets apart successful entrepreneurs from not-that-successful ones.
So here are 4 Working Ways to kill stress and enjoy your entrepreneurial journey:
1- Keep it simple:
When you have a several hundred of emails in your inbox or a workday full of calls and meetings, keeping it simple looks like the most confusing way, but if decided to focus on what matters, add some time management tricks to your daily routine you will notice that the best strategy is to work smarter, not harder.
2- Make time for your family:
Try to eat at least one meal a day with your family or a friend. Go out with them once a week and make it a priority.
Enjoy your little kid extra activities if you have one of course.
And don’t forget to build relationships. Make friends and feel the warmth.
3- Plan ahead:
Organizing, prioritizing, preparing, planning, ordering and streamlining assignments are effective management strategies and having a good system in place helps things run smoothly with no surprises and to ensure you will not be overbooked.
There are many online tools that will help you do that, check the one that suits your needs and use it as a daily routine.
4- Take a break:
Whether you meditate, go to the gym thrice a week, pray, read a book, you need to create a space where you can clear your mind of everything that makes you stressful.
A friend of mine told me that saying 99 names of Allah (God in Arabic) is her great way to pray and feel less stress.
