5 Activities A Blogger Should Do to Stay Fit

When you’re living your life as a blogger, you probably find it tough to get the time to head to the gym or go running every day. You’re too busy writing articles, taking photos, and working collaborations to make sure that you’re staying healthy and fit. However, that’s a really dangerous path to start down on. If you want to be living life to the fullest as a blogger, you’ve got to learn how to be healthy while you’re doing it. That includes taking the proper steps to getting enough exercise and eating plenty of nutritious foods. Keep reading down below about some of the activities you should start if you want to do just that.

  1. Make A Meal Plan
    First off, if you want to be fit as a blogger, then you have to take on your nutrition. Yes, we know that you probably spend a lot of your time eating out or just eating on the go as you run from one location to another to take photos. However, if you want to be fit, you have got to make a meal plan that you stick to week in and week out.
    That includes planning out your meals for every week to ensure you’re getting the proper nutrition you need to be healthy. Make sure you plan out breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and healthy snacks. Plus, if you want to be really prepared, you can prepare a ton of food ahead of time that you can pack in plastic containers for when you need to eat.
  1. Make Time for Exercise
    As a blogger, you know that there are only a limited number of hours in the day that you can get your work done. That’s why you’ve got to actively make the time to get in exercise or it’s just not going to happen. If you don’t think you have enough time to exercise, then you should start waking up earlier or staying up later to find the hours to get in that time at the gym. This is a conscious decision that you need to make, but it’s one that’s going to make your life so much better in the end.


  1. Walk or Bike Around When You Need to Take Blog Photos
    If you’re a blogger who takes photos for your blog or social media accounts, then why not take long walks while you look for things to photograph? Instead of taking the subway or driving to your destination, why not take a bike ride with your bike from Cycling Plaza or long walk to get there? This is a great way to get some exercise, some fresh air, and maybe find some new gems along the way that you can photograph.
  1. Create A Scheduled Routine for Exercise
    Schedules are everything in the blogging world. And that especially concerns when you need to get to the gym and get exercise in. Make sure you create a consistent schedule for when you’re going to work out, what you’re going to be doing, and what your goals are. This is going to ensure that you actually get the workouts in and that they are beneficial towards your long-term fitness goals.
  1. Try Out a Pinterest Board for Health Inspiration
    And lastly, we know that all of your bloggers out there know that Pinterest is one of the best places you can go for inspiration. Why not create some boards that give you inspiration for healthy foods to eat for dinner? Or some new exercise routines to try out at the gym? Or even just some quotes that are going to pump you up enough to get to the gym? These boards are something that you can look at every day to try to make your life healthier.
