1- What do Abraham Abulafia’s Kabbalah, the Italian Renaissance and Exstatic Wellbeing have in common?
Well, Abraham Abulafia’s Ecstatic Kabbalah was a spiritual sparkle of the Italian Renaissance. Abulafia influenced, directly and indirectly, the work of key exponent of the Renaissance, including Pico Della Mirandola. Now, I summarised part of this wisdom in a free Wellbeing eCourse, starting soon on http://www.exstatica.org/wellbeingcourse/

2- What are your focus areas and why?
With people, in their private and professional lives, I usually focus on purpose, cognition, emotions and behaviour. These are the spheres of Exstatic Wellbeing. It is a being well cultivated for the benefit of all, it is not a short-term approach to immediate satisfaction.

3- How do you describe “EXSTATICA” in few words?
EXSTATICA is an approach to well-being, focused on what is meaningful for you. As mentioned before, it facilitates expressing your real self through your cognitive, emotional and behavioural/physical wellbeing.

4- Where do you think you are making an impact?
There is a growing number of inspired beings who want to connect on a deeper level. They want to be active in society, but not to do things for the sake of doing. By bringing EXSTATICA online, I am contributing to an exponential shift in consciousness. We are all part of it, each of us in her/his own special way.
Being active online, I am scaling-up the outreach done so far on a face-to-face basis, and in small groups.

5- What were some of the biggest challenges you encountered while working on “EXSTATIC”?
There is a balance between historic accuracy and usefulness that needs to be achieved, in order to bring the spiritual and psychological principles of the Italian Renaissance to the present moment. I really like history, my main challenge is to share enough historic aspects of EXSTATICA to make people curious about them, without turning EXSTATICA into a history of spirituality. EXSTATICA is very contemporary.

6- What are you most excited about at the moment?
On March 8th, the free EXSTATICA eCourse starts on Exstatica.org. I am very excited about this opportunity to connect with other interesting people.

7- What are the benefits of attending this Wellbeing eCourse?
By participating, you will expand your awareness of your behaviour, emotions, cognition, and what matters in your life. In addition to what we can learn from the Italian Renaissance, I bring my personal experiences as Chartered Herbalist, Dharma Instructor, facilitator of the Eckhart Tolle Vancouver meetup, and student of Abraham Abulafia’s Ecstatic Kabbalah. Lasting 5 weeks, the EXSTATICA eCourse requires about 10 minutes of listening and another 10 minutes of self-enquiry per week. This intake of the course is free if you register now.
