1- Tell us a bit about yourself
I am a leader from the millennial generation. I was born and raised in Atlantic City, NJ. I have 8 years of experience in marketing/sales and 5 years in business management. Growing up in a city that is world famous and is known for a billion dollar tourism industry turned me Into an entrepreneur. From there my desire has always been to
established a global empire. I have traveled the country and worked with a wide array of professionals, investors, and entrepreneurs.
To date, I am the CEO of Amah Publishing Group and minority partner in a few other ventures.

2- How would you describe Armah Publishing Group in under 60 words?
Our company is a publisher and content creator with a primary focus in tech services.

3- “Entrepreneurship” is a wide term for many people, how does Joshua define it?
An entrepreneur is a person with a product/service that believes in what they have to offer. There are levels in entrepreneurship. We can’t define an entrepreneur as a person with money. We must look at a
entrepreneurship as who is helping the most people with what the have to offer whther it be an idea, product, or service.

4- In few words, how do you think networking is important to a future entrepreneur?
As they say, your network is your net worth. Relationships precede work attained. Business is all about build relationships.

5- You worked with some famous entrepreneurs and companies, how do you describe these moments you spent with them?
It gave me the foundation I needed experience wise. Being apart of mutiple major enterprises gave me the boost I needed to be where I Am today. Choosing the right people and environments to be around affects your success.

6- How do you differentiate yourself from the other consultants?
I employ a method of focusing on the solution. Instead of trying to sell services, consulting is like being a doctor. You must look at what is needed, what staffing is required, and what is the best strategy for success. When working with businesses,investors, or entrepreneurs my focal point is to be an assest to the situation.

7- How did you first get into the world of consulting world?
I started by working with small business owener who needed Marketing/advertising solutions for their business. After leaving my firm at the time, I branced off to launch my first business.

8- Tell us about your personal biggest success throughout the last years?
My biggesst success this year was publishing my first book. It has brought more opportunities to come my way. I have spent a lot more time this year focusing on working with non profit organizations to affect communities at large. Bringing major resources to impoverished neighborhoods is an accomplishment that I can share with others.

9- Your coaching sessions always turn to be a huge success; can you share with us more about your innovative approach?
I believe that the most powerful tool that every human being has is their subconscious mind. When you learn to program your mind by inputting the correct information the output is bound to be successful. I teach and train my students to be resilient in life.
Essentially I program my courses by implementing a curriculum that triggers mental breakthroughs for my audience. My training really helps my students have positive long term success and a sustainable system to follow.
