Interview with Muhammad Hamza, Entrepreneur and Limitless Hosting’s CEO

1- Hello Muhammad, can you please tell us a bit about yourself?
Hello! I am an entrepreneur from Pakistan which always loved computers! From an age of 10, I created my first website which was about the gaming community. The website was very basic, just a simple drag-n-drop website. I wasted my time mostly on gaming, and even made websites for them but that never worked. Actually, these type of things gained me a lot of experience. Starting a business in my country is quite hard, and most people fail to establish the business. At an age of 15, I decided to start my own business! Yeah, I wasn’t actually serious about it. I was like “Let’s just try it, I will close it if it fails.” This was my thinking. The main business idea was to open a hosting company. I saw so many companies, all had the same model, almost same prices, nothing special. I thought that if I open my business it would fail due to so many competitors, but I took a start, why not just try it? Yes, there will be a lot of people to discourage you in starting, telling you few stories about the failed startups but forgetting the fact that there are a lot of successful entrepreneurs who struggled in starting, and faced many difficulties, there are so many examples. Anyways, one must use his skills, of what is he is good in. One must not waste his skills. Subjects like Accounts, Business are not mine, though the only interest I have is in Computer Science. Without these subjects, I am running my business. This proves that it is really not necessary to be excel on them. If one has a passion. I feel that after getting a better education in Computer Science, I would be able to make my business even better.

2- What are your focus areas and why?

Yes, people might think that if the price is so cheap, the quality would be worst but this is not the case here. 4- Where do you think you are making an impact?
My company is very different from others, my perspective is to have happy customers rather than making a huge profit. 5- Can you tell us about your business “Limitless Hosting”?
Limitless Hosting was first started as a small startup providing free game servers in 2015. No proper system was made, everything was manual and I worked alone. I had few nodes and that helped me to provide free game servers to people. This free service is still running under the different domain name, but with the same name. In 2016, I decided to start offering premium services. The system was well-managed and it was automatic. The main aim of our company was to provide affordable game servers but unfortunately, in 2017 we stopped providing game servers due to loss. Now our main product is Web Hosting.
We are extremely flexible in determining the best technology and approach for customer’s site’s success, but never compromising on stability and security that their application needs. 6- What were some of the biggest challenges you encountered while working to launch it?
Competitors, they are always here to destroy new start-ups, of course, that is necessary for them since it is gonna affect them.
- Getting new customers. I worked day and night on digital marketing in order to get new client’s, this was the really difficult that I faced when I started my new business. In starting I thought that this will never get established.
- Was quite new to this industry, I did not know how all the applications would work. Searching really helps, but it took me few months to get used to it.
- Customer Support, I was never confident that how I would be able to treat my customer. But as the time passed, I have excelled my skills in it and now able to provide very good customer support.

7- Where do you see the company in the next 5 years?
Nothing can be predicted about hosting company, but all I can say is that I would have more than 1,000 clients by looking at the progress that we have made right now. I might be able to compete in this industry with the giants that are on this market. I have no plans to increase the price of the affordable packages in future, since those packages were the one that boosted my company up, and still looking forward to offering those amazing prices to our new customers.

8- What can you tell young entrepreneurs who are pursuing their dreams?
Make sure that you never give up. You will face many difficulties in your startup, that’s how it all starts. Always remember that how successful entrepreneurs struggled in starting. Stick with your idea, stick with your decision, stick with your business. Be loyal to what you are doing, never think of giving up. Introduce something unique not available in any industry, and start the business that YOU have an interest in.

9- What are you most excited about at the moment?
My business is now stable and it is standing on its own feet now. Having many customers, and good reviews. It just takes some time. The system is also now well-managed. The effort that was put in starting made the base of the business. Now everything is automatic and I do not really need to worry about anything. The only thing that needs attention is customer support, I don’t mind providing a customer support to my clients, it is actually interesting for me.

“You can only become successful if you work hard, and chose the field that you have an interest on.”
