1- Tell us a bit about yourself and your position at “Sidago Integrated Solutions”
I’ve been self-employed for over 10 years now primarily in the advertising space and I absolutely love doing what I do. At the last company I ran, we began internally leveraging an offshore workforce and the results were amazing. I loved the operational aspect of it and I wanted to share these services with businesses to help them succeed.
On a day to day basis, I primarily interact with my management staff and focus my personal time on overall operations, R&D work, and project coordination. I love waking up and running Sidago because I not only get to see the success in my internally owned companies, I get to see the success for my external clients as well.

2- How would you describe “Sidago Integrated Solutions” in under 60 words?
We are a service provider that provides entirely managed outsourcing solutions that leverage offshore workforces. Sidago provides a wide array of consolidated services ranging from application development to internet advertising, to telemarketing under one roof.

3- How do you differentiate yourselves from your competitors?
Sidago Integrated Solutions works with no intermediaries or agencies meaning that we are able to offer wholesale solutions to businesses of all sizes. Sidago started off as a managed service provider to my own internally owned companies so we carry the same standard of quality that we needed to our clients without sacrificing cost.
We’re obsessed with operations and getting the most efficiency out of businesses. Every single client of ours has increased their business with us because of the returns they have been able to capitalize on. Instead of dealing with the headaches of employee payroll, benefits, and overall high cost – all of our clients have been able to get the competitive edge they need to succeed. We absolutely love business and

4- Where do you think Sidago Integrated Solutions is making an impact?
We’re making a global impact with our business because we have been able to successfully empower hardworking, dedicated employees across the globe and use them effectively in businesses onshore. We help small, medium and large businesses leverage a massive workforce on an à la carte basis. This allows companies to be agile without the bulky overhead giving them the competitive advantage that they need.

5- Tell us about your company biggest success throughout the last years?
You can see plenty of successes that we have had on our own website, we have a bunch of case studies of businesses that utilized our different services and the success that they have seen. The greatest success that I have is seeing a client truly happy with the results – so much so that they are willing to refer people over to me.

6- Is Sidago Integrated Solutions the only business you run?
Sidago Integrated Solutions is a managed service provider for XCell Fund. XCell Fund is an a holding company for a couple public brands and primarily an angel investment group that focuses in a wide array of companies. Essentially, anything that I’ve serviced businesses with has been tested first with me to ensure that I’m delivering quality.

7- Explain your typical day routine from the time you wake up till bed time.
Awake at 8:15, snooze till 8:30, take care of the dogs, proceed on with my day till 5pm or 6pm. I have meetings 4 days a week in the evening with varying times, taking up about 2 hours total. Finally, I get a little bit of time to spend relaxing with my fiancé before she goes to bed. After she goes to bed, I close the night with additional work catching up with employees. 2 or 3 days a week I will take a little time for myself to catch up on video games.

8- You have any regrets?
I generally don’t like to live with regrets as it wastes space and doesn’t yield anything. With every mistake, I’ve made I’ve learned something from. With that said, there are definitely things I wished differently in regards to business, my ego, character defects, and interpersonal relationships. I can however, say that I am better than I was last year and that as long as I’m moving forward, I’m happy. Hindsight it 20/20 and I made some great decisions along the way as well!

9- What are you most proud of?
It’s not business related at all – it’s my new family. I’m grateful for my fiancé and my child, the best things to have ever happened to me. I can look in at my life from the outside with humility and see just how lucky I am. I’m eternally grateful for them.
