1- Hello Aaron, can you please tell us a bit about yourself?
Well, I grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am the oldest of 3 children. Two girls and one boy. My mother and father were very hard working and that’s where I got my drive and ambition from. My father used to always say, “If you don’t work you don’t eat”! So I learned at an early age that you have to work for the things you want in life.

2- What are your focus areas and why?
I had my first taste of entrepreneurship when I was in middle school .Me and my best friend used to sell candy to the students at school. The school was already selling candy but we sold the candy they didn’t have and we sold ours cheaper.Thank goodness we didn’t get caught because we would’ve been in serious trouble!! I learned that entrepreneurship is where I wanted to excel in life,it just felt so right to me.My focus area is creating my own businesses and also providing jobs to those that need them.I spent my whole life being a consumer and I always felt that there must be another avenue.I wanted to create something like the big brands like Coca Cola,Johnson & Johnson,Proctor & Gamble,etc..

3- How do you describe “ELZY SKIN LABS” in few words?
I want women and men to “fall in love with their skin again”. That’s my slogan on my products. My products will give your skin that youthful and vibrant appearance .As a young man growing up I thought it was feminine to use any other product on my face other than soap. One day a young lady in the mall that sold face scrubs convinced me to try it on my face.I seen how much better my skin looked once I scrubbed the dirt and dead skin from my face.It had a glow to it and my face looked more healthy and more youthful. That’s the feeling I want to give people once they look in the mirror.Love your skin again.

4- Where do you think you are making an impact?
Culturally I think I’m making an impact in the black community because we don’t have many skincare companies.I just want to maybe inspire other black owned businesses to keep going and try to expand and do well for them selves.Starting a company can be overwhelming at first but you have to keep pushing because the rewards are greater in the future.

5- Can you tell us more about your new project?
My new project is a Dead Sea Mud Mask.Dead Sea Mud Mask offers Natural Remedies for Common Skin Problems:
– Fine grains act as an exfoliate which cleanse the skin, removing dirt particles, impurities and toxins
– Tightens the pores for anti aging effect
– Moisturizes and hydrates the skin, helping to reduce wrinkles
– Improves blood circulation and initiates natural skin regeneration.
– Effective relief for skin disorders including acne, eczema and psoriasis
Your Skin Will Feel More Invigorated, Softer and Healthier Than Ever.

6- Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
In the next 5 years I should have 25 or more products in stores.I want to be a big brand so that I’m able to give to charities around the globe and also start a foundation for people with skin problems.

7- What were some of the biggest challenges you encountered while working on “ELZY SKIN LABS”?
The biggest challenge was finding the most qualified people to make the products. Also communication can be a challenge if both parties are not on the same page when it comes down to development and how you want to package the product.

8- What can you tell young people who are pursuing their dreams?
Always write your ideas down and don’t share them with anyone.Sometimes people can discourage your dreams and make you want to give up.Write your ideas down and put them out into the universe and pursue them.Always do extensive research and study your competition.Make sure you dream so big that it makes you uncomfortable. That’s when you know you’re on the right track.

10- The last word or final thoughts?
