1- Hello Monica, can you please tell us a bit about you?

I aim to teach as many people as possible how to protect, manage and improve their mental health and well-being specifically Addiction Nutrient Psychology, Relapse prevention, and performance optimization.

2- What are your focus areas and why?

I suffered alone after Post 911 army duty and my public divorce from, sports agent ..its not easy asking for help as a health professional & public figure who’s dealing with eating disorder and depression.

However other soldiers, celebrities or high vocational citizens such as Doctors, lawyers and Entertainers shouldn’t have to become unwell, or ‘unwell enough’ to access mental hygiene tools.I believe this is as important as my UOP undergraduate, LU graduate and IBAM Doctorate education, if not more.No human should walk this life journey alone.

3- How do you describe “Behavioral Wellness & Arts” in few words?

It’s like having a Big sister. That’s why I launched the SIS© success in support project.

4- Where do you think your work is making an impact?

No doubt, with my new affiliate partnership synergies such as with, my work is impacting teleaddiction with home treatment access and ending mental health stigmas with mental hygiene awareness.

5- How do you think Behavioral Wellness is changing the future of people?

My self and partners come from a place of lived experience, as well as professional. We’ve helped many people along their road of recovery, and are still making our way along ours. We’d love to recruit and certify more SIS mentor teammates helping us support community and build successful entrepreneurship practices.

6- Tell us about your approach?

My out the box and authenticity, helps clients understand my services are real! I plan to keep it that way. I use an array of various modalities every one is unique, my treatment is Desing specific for individual needs ranging from CBT group sessions to spiritual Angel card or Prayer Herbs.

7- Do you think your mindset has anything to do with success?

Yes, as an emotional alchemist my mindset as of knowing I’m the professional with expert opportunity knowledge, but I’m not God this thinking allows me to never judge. People in addiction need honesty, not judgment! Despite some dumb things Addiction & depression cause in my clients, they are smart, talented, and gifted high performers seeking path direction.

8- If you could turn the time, what would you love to change?

I would change my struggle in career path, I went around a mountain just to cross the street. I was born a healer, perhaps with the right mentors, I would have saved lots of debt and emotional distress by becoming a Successful financial secure entrepreneur earlier sharing my God-given gifts.

9- What are you most excited about at the moment?

I’m excited about my upcoming wedding anniversary to film producer and Actor Salvatore Franciosa, and as multidisciplinary, I’m finally balancing my two life career passions offering Surgical allied services and mental wellness tele-counseling.

10- The last word or final thoughts?

Help people ensure their study and work environments boost their well-being and support their mental health. Discrimination and a lack of understanding are unproductive and unnecessary it’s very pathetic.

I want to empower people with resources, knowledge, and skills to create Mental Health Magic at home, for themselves and their loved ones.
