1- Hello Boris, can you please tell us a bit about you?
I’m a serial entrepreneur. With half a dozen start-ups in various industries ranging from insurance to CRM, weddings and real estate. I have been involved in building software intensely. I am a growth hacker by trade specialising in e-commerce businesses. I have helped several businesses boost their growth, by running every marketing channel myself and building and customising tools and automations to help scale the business.
2- What are your focus areas and why?
I focus on data. I am really interested in gathering data ethically, and using said data to grow products and services through rapid iteration. I firmly believe in efficiency and strive to eliminate unnecessary, manual labour where possible.
3-How do you describe “Cogsworth” in few words?
Cogsworth is an appointment scheduling system which allows any business to set and manage customer bookings online.
4- Where do you think your work is making an impact?
On the lives of hardworking business owners and time conscious busy people.

Getting the right market fit is tricky. Conveying why Cogsworth is way better than other systems is also particularly tricky time poor business owners.

Freedom of thought, creativity and expression.

8- What can you tell young creative entrepreneurs who are pursuing their dreams?
It’s tough and it’s not for everyone. Think twice. If you aren’t to work 100 hour week, don’t do it. Keep your day job. If you aren’t prepared to be kicked in the guts many times, and still have to smile, don’t do it. You have to have rhinoceros skin to be in this game!

Getting early traction and initial customers.
