1- Hello Mickey, can you please tell us a bit about you?

I am a math geek, and I am someone who believes there is a kinder, gentler, more loving way to do business. If we all work a little bit differently we can make more money and have a lot more joy in our lives.
I am that crazy person that had dedicated the last 20 years of my life’s work to one concept, That concept is Prosperity and the laws of magnification.
My life has been a crazy ride and one that I am really grateful for. Some people find it interesting that I was a welfare to work mom that grew up to become voted the top woman in finance TWICE by Finance and Commerce magazine. Being on welfare is not really a part of my current story,  the reason I bring that up is that my story is proof that life will better as we get better.

2- What are your focus areas and why?

I wrote the Prosperity Business Model (PBB), so I have a specific structure that I work from. The three E’s of Environment, Economy, and Efficiency are a framework of that business model. It helps a business stay tuned to themselves and their goals while they grow.
I hard-line focus on businesses that are growing. Once they are stable and don’t want to search for growth they will no longer need me.
Business owners who need to work differently need precise partnership on strategy and direction. I have many different brands that I strategize with so that also makes my problem-solving lens very wide.

3-How do you describe Mikeworth Consulting in few words?

Bright energy, math sleuth, and hope-giving.

4- Where do you think your work is making an impact?

I think my work has the most impact on bridging cultures, creatives, and social investment in the world.
We HAVE to learn to build and work differently. The status quo is killing us.  The consumption-only mentality is not sustainable, and it feels conspicuously empty.
The happy facts are that entrepreneurs want to MAKE stuff happen. Now more than ever, they are making WOW-amazing things happen, and they are doing it 10-15 years earlier than any other point in history.  It is stunning.
The sad facts are equally as stunning. People are plugged in online, TV, internet sales machines and phony reality 6 hours a day on average. We all know, that’s not good for the human part of humanity.
Here is where I think my work is downright magic; the more people like you that we have bringing values-based thought, defined vision, plus a wider and healthier perspective to what they are doing in the world, the faster the world can tone down the cacophony of garbage noise.
A strong and constant method that is based on our own inner truth will create masterpieces and solve big problems in the world with simple and efficient methods.  We are seeing it every day on BIG subjects like clean water, trash, plastics, light, solar energy. We are also seeing it for the very personal things we buy like razors, underwear, and tampons.
The magic is in the impact of a real story that drives people to not just to greatness but to invite others to action that magnifies in the world.
Prosperity IS magnification, and that is the exact 12X12 square that my life’s work lands.
In short, the world needs every person reading this article to live a real life filled with failure and surprises, it needs each of us to do our personal emotional work, and mine our ideas to a figured-out strategy.
The garbage noise can’t win, it just can’t.

5- How did you build up an entrepreneurial spirit, do you believe you were born with it or you developed it?

Tenacity is not just a genetic trait but a learned behavior. I have seen lots of entrepreneurial spirits screw things up royally because they have not done the work of the work.
Good ideas are worthless without action and deliverable. Ideas are just sexy talk in our mind, but they are by no stretch of the imagination a committed, thoughtful, and loving 20-year marriage. Go for the marriage.

6- Tell us about your style?

I like working in a relaxed environment with lots of room to laugh and really dig into the superhard parts of life.  Life is stressful, we need to celebrate and giggle more. I play a LOT.

7- Do you think your mindset has anything to do with success?

100% of what I do, sell, produce, and love is with my mindset.
We can all control our own mindset. It’s money in the bank or it’s the poison that will rob you of everything.

8- If you could turn the time, what would you love to do in regard to change?

As I age I am careful to not look backward, because that’s not where I am going.

9- What are you most excited about at the moment?

I am most excited about our new incubation program and taking in 12 new entrepreneur projects to work with. I am like wiggly puppy excited.
My time sells out a year in advance and my team worked REALLY hard to make sure I could be available and attentive to 12 new business relationships with monthly classes and touchdown sessions AND work on all of our other clients.  It took us 2 years to work out the details because 1,500 hours will sell out in under a half hour. It’s nuts. We literally have to pay attention to EVERY minute of the day.
I am also stoked to have shorter internship options so I can reach more people just coming out of school. We have added 12 new 3-month internships that are totally groovy. Young people are so fascinating to me. The internships are in design, media, and writing.  You can also see the videos on previous interns. You can connect with me on our website if you need more details.

10- The last word or final thoughts?

Thanks for having me. It was an honor and pleasure to get to hang with you and your tribe.  I’m sending big love to everyone. Get out there, people!
