1. Hello Christian, can you please tell us a bit about yourself?
Christian Phyfier,a 28 year old talent agent, serial entrepreneur and speaker.
I spend my free time speaking to inner city kids encouraging young minds to think bigger, with the idea that your thoughts control the outcome of your life. Now residing in Arizona, I’m working on starting a domain registrar website similar to Go-Daddy that will be geared toward the millennial generation, and helping those new entrepreneurs who are quitting their day jobs to live their dreams.

2. What are your business focus areas and why?
My area of focus is mainly entrepreneur development. I want to help people realize that they don’t have to live in the cycle that society makes it seem like you do. You can dream and through action and proper discipline achieve those dreams.

3. How do you describe “GPME Group” in few words?
The GPME Group is an Entertainment and Business Development Agency.

4. Where do you think you are making an impact?
I believe we are making an impact with lots of start-ups and small businesses. Creating a way for serious entrepreneurs to save money and be consistent with their passions and ideas. Before, when someone wanted to start a company or career in entertainment, they would have to rely on their basic knowledge, google and whatever else they could find to know where to begin. The learning curve of being an entrepreneur is where most lose money and waste time. Here we have an effective model that allows people with great ideas or talents to do what they do best and lower their risk for failure.

5. What are some things that most people don’t know about your job?
Personally most people don’t know that being an agent doesn’t always include social media management and personal management. This is where the GPME Group really does come in handy. Providing you everything necessary to succeed, plus the advice and counsel of an agent.

6. How do you stay focused?
After being after a dream long enough, focus and achievement become like an addictive drug, always looking to expand and build more. Maybe 5 years ago when I was 23 and barely starting out, I had inner turmoil with women, societies fun and just every day desires, but I think if you surround yourself with people who want the same things in life as you, you find it easier to focus on your big picture. I don’t entertain things that are not of me, meaning things that are not within my vision. I don’t have fear of losing people or being disliked. My goals are success, for not only myself but my team and the supporters in our circle. Focus comes with discipline, learning how to get rid of the things that do you no good, and when offered those things how to say no firmly. You do it once, and again and again, until one day its second nature.

7. What were some of the biggest challenges you encountered while working on “GPME Group”?
Finding the right team for sure. It took years and years to get people who were not only dedicated to their craft but also wanting to improve the way the world works.
Second was probably losing friends. The GPME Group was a big thing to imagine. I mean a big warehouse where people could come collaborate and get the advice and services they needed to be successful at a discount, was simply hard for some to see. I didn’t have time or energy to really convince people what I knew I was capable of, so I lost a lot of them simple because they couldn’t support a vision they couldn’t see or completely understand.

8. How do you hope to inspire young people?
I hope to remind kids that anything is possible. It does not matter where you come from or the hardships you’ve experienced. Your thoughts control your reality, and no matter what you see around you, if you can think of yourself in a better place then it will come to be.

9. What are you most excited about at the moment?
Currently GPME is expanding to offer financial assistance to help those who cannot afford our services in order to help entrepreneurs and entertainers afford to reach their goals. Secondly, I am excited about starting a new domain hosting company called Toonchi.com.

10. The last Word or final thoughts?
Be unapologetically you. Wake up and do what you want, don’t let society stop or limit you. When times get hard, sometimes life doesn’t want you to get harder, sometimes it wants you to get smarter.
