1- Hello Elger, can you please tell us a bit about you?
I’m 38 this year and I run a Design & Printing company called Milk Media. Previously studied in Temasek Polytechnic Design School.

2- What are your focus areas and why?
Our focus is to provide a one one-stop when it comes to any Design & Printing for our clients, as easier and accurate communication of their needs will result in better output.

3-How do you describe “Milk Media” in a few words?
We have been an established and popular company with an excellent track record for the best customer satisfaction. We have never compromised on the quality and the services provided to the customer. We believe in keeping the customers happy and providing them with products at a very competent price

4- Where do you think your work is making an impact?
Instead of saying where my work is making an impact, I believe it is my entrepreneur attitude that may make a difference in youngsters. Those who have the dream, have the passion and have the guts to be your own boss, take a leap of faith and give it a try when you are young. Mistakes are bound to occur and the younger you start, the more time and energy you have to learn from your mistakes and make your business a success.

5- How did you build up an Entrepreneurial spirit, do you believe you were born with it or you developed it?
I believe it is a combination of both. I am always adventurous and ambitious and love to try out new things. In addition, when I studied design, I find that everyone has their own thinking and understanding when it comes to design ideas. Figured it may be tough for me to follow orders that I disagree with, so why not start my own business when I can follow my heart.

6- Tell us about your style?
No style per se, more of how I feel at that point in time of getting the project and seeing what is the latest trend around; perhaps try to work something towards it, but still has to be unique.

7- Do you think your mindset has anything to do with success?
Definitely. I am a very easy-going person but when it comes to work, I am determined and focused. Everything has to be in place, no room for errors. I am strict with everyone in the company, myself included. When projects come, we have to put in our best and strive for efficiency and effectiveness.

8- If you could turn the time, what would you love to do in regards to change Milk Media?
I don’t really like hypothetical questions, as I believe the mistakes and errors that occurred are what helped to make Milk Media what it is now, so there is nothing I want to change if I can turn the time.

9- What are you most excited about at the moment?
We are getting more and more projects, and life is getting busier yet more fruitful. And of course I have a baby boy and I want to be a role model for him.

10- The last word or final thoughts?
Be brave, be open-minded, be humble.
