1- Hello Elton, can you tell us a bit about yourself
• I am called global entrepreneur, social media marketer, market insight specialist, speaker and trainer.
• International Speaker for ‘Venture Capital World Summit’ United Kingdom and Global Entrepreneurs Forum in Hong Kong.
• Co-author the book ‘Are You Ready To Be Next Entrepreneur’.
• Passionate about personal development and travel space.

2- How would you describe “Marketing After Hours” in under few words?
Marketing After Hours Provide consultation and execution via proper market research, social media insight and advertising services to help business owner and investor to increase business profit and minimize valuation risk.

3- What are your focus areas and why?
My focus area is market insight and social media as I have experience for 5 years in work activity related and my passion is to figure the audience passion using metric, understanding trends and networking as well.

4- How do you differentiate yourselves from your competitors?
My differentiation is through the quality of services and things provide, ie predictive analysis trend, market report and primary interview.

5- We all want our website or product to get found. What are the recent trends in Marketing Optimization?
Recent marketing optimization is discovery of channel such as Periscope, a live video streaming app for iOS and Android.
Predictive analysis is becoming more important, as the culture of Big Data needs to be quantified in number of people passion “emotional bank account” to determine feasibility of business.

6- What are some things that most people don’t know about your job?
Most people do not know of the issue arises due to lack of proper market research done.
This is example of guerilla marketing channels that can be used for further understanding and example of flow:
• Twitter / Twitter (Advanced Search) – find prospects / influencers
• LinkedIn – locate, research  cold call
• Facebook – User Groups / Focus groups
• Competitors Sites:
– Existing customers
– Blogs
– Service Reports

7- What tips would you give to anybody who is looking to get started a business in the marketing field?
First and foremost, determine your audience niche as there are many competitors.
Secondly, ensure that your product or service have quality offering as each niche is unique in their requirements.

8- And what were some of the biggest challenges you encountered personally?
Biggest challenge is no funding, no business for prolonged period of time and resource wise to execute the job.

9- What are you most excited about at the moment?
I am most excited when I achieved my milestone, for example, I was able to go to Hawaii (one of my dream places) and also to meet President Obama live in upcoming town-hall session. Both achievements are possible as I am under YSEALI Professional Fellowship Program.
