1- Hello Bryan, can you please tell us a bit about you?

My name is Bryan Flowers, I am a UK citizen living in Thailand, I have a been an entrepreneur type from a young age, having multiple sources of income since I was young. I have been making money online since I was 17 years old,  I have built up a successful forum, many websites, news outlet and I have founded a large group of bars which has 22 now and we are buying more bars.

2- What are your focus areas and why?

I focus on growing our bar business, we impliment new systems, try new things and I grow the business as much as I can without causing too many problems.  But I leave my time free for my own projects, I am learning to trade, invest in stocks and have been practising for the last year. I am passionate about motivation, self development and I enjoy doing internet marketing.  The trading/investings are other income strategies to diversify my income streams.

3- How would you describe your journey in few words?

I have had a 1000 lifetimes in my life, I have traveled to many places,  I have experienced/learned many things managing 350 staff. I have met many people that are successful and I have helped many people. But when you are in the fast lane, you keep hitting the finish line and you have no choice but to move it or slow down.  One of my friends said he has never met anyone as motivated as me, I want to help others, I think this is my purpose in life.

4- Where do you think your work is making an impact?

The 22 bars have had a positive effect on the local nightlife, its inspired many, its given many people chances to move to Thailand and live their dream,  its opened new doors for me and arguably we can control a market but only at the location. My mindset mastery course and book will help hundreds or thousands of people later, I would love to be a mindset coach, or business coach.  I love trading/investing but I am still learning (full time).

5- Do you find as an expert, that you enjoy the challenge of the industry is being complex and with the game rules are always changing?

I love working with people, I love trying to change them, (rather than sack) teach them, change their mindsets.  I find psychology very interesting and it’s like a rather large social experiment, having so many staff, with new problems daily.  I have been taught a lot of lessons and there will be many more to come, the more I learn, the more I realize how unpredictable people are, I am often surprised, even to this day.  I have big-picture thinking and I am left puzzled often how people often are short-sighted and ruin big deals for small gains. Having the big picture thinking, self-awareness, growth mentality, motivation, self-development and other mental conditions chasing me,  its a recipe for success.

6- What the word “Trading” really means to you?

Trading is taking a risk to make a gain, I learn, research and follow experts to reduce my downside and I use various strategies to trade. At the moment, I am simply position trading, while I try to get my short term trading setups tested and nailed.

7- Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

I am passionate about writing, I consider it a hobby or my “down time” I want to write a book about growth mindset, motivation, self development. I want to make a course and help people one on one.  But as I grow the bars, trade and do long term investing, my time may get freed up even more and I will start traveling again. I am free to travel now, but I suffer from FOMO if I am not working towards whats on my mind.

8- What can you tell young entrepreneurs and talented investors who are pursuing their dreams?

The sooner you take ego out of the equation, the faster you will make progress, the sooner you start having 5, 10 and 20 year plans, the sooner you will beat everyone else,  many people are expecting results too fast, if you are patient and keep chipping away, you will get there, long after everyone gives up, suddenly, you see a lot of opportunities.

I used to make excuses to myself I didn’t have enough money to start businesses and when I did, it would be easy.  When I started having money to invest, I was losing it from dishonest, lazy people and a few bad choices from me. Now I realize that its best to start everything as cheaply as possible, try and get some proof that your idea works before you invest.

9- What are you most excited about at the moment?

Writing a few books and marketing them, as well as my trading. I will start video content very shortly, it’s not about the money, I love doing it.

10- The last word or final thoughts?

I am always happy to do any interviews, coaching, mentoring,  but I will most likely charge for it now, I am very busy and I need people to take action and see good results.
