Interview with Karim Mokhtar, Innovative sales development and marketing leader

1- Hello Karim, can you please tell us a bit about yourself?
Hello, Karim Mokhtar, a web entrepreneur and a sales development specialist from Los Angeles, California.

2- What are your focus areas and why?
I specialize in three main things:
One, helping companies create the perfect sales automation processes using or other CRM platforms.
Two, provide them with high quality B2B leads and partners anywhere in the world. We cut the chase and save sales teams time by pre-qualifying and focusing on providing C-level leads and ultimate decision makers. Unlike all the other lead generation agencies, we have a zero-bounce guarantee which means that our customers are 100% sure that all these leads are good ones and reachable.
Three, help CEOs and C-level folks better manage their teams and close more deals using my sales intelligence methods and getting trained when needed and at no extra charge.

3- How do you describe “Meet & Close” in few words?

This means that we don’t just generate these high quality leads, but we also send them email marketing campaigns, analyse their behaviour, strategically nurture them until we create interest and demand, then convert them to real sales opportunities and hand them to our clients sales closers. 4- Where do you think you are making an impact?
There are many good sales people who don’t use technology to boost their performances and there are many web marketers and technical professionals who don’t understand sales… We bridge the gap… and we bridge it very well.

5- What are some things that most people don’t know about your job as an innovative sales development leader?
My clients are usually CEOs and executives so I’m very lucky that I’m dealing with folks who know a lot and understand the complex nature of certain sales… but occasionally, some people don’t know that sales are like cooking: you need the right ingredients (skilled sales people), the right tools (CRM, data analysis software, etc…), and the right timing to ensure a positive outcome. My work seems like magic to some… they except 1000 or 2000 leads a month and I provide them that or more before the deadline… but this has nothing to do with magic or luck, it is a working method backed up by consistency, persistence, and creativity.

6- Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
Help 1000 businesses triple their revenue and make enough money to contribute to space research, education, and why not travel to Mars?

7- What were some of the biggest challenges you encountered while working on “Meet & Close”?
Challenges never end… and they’re part of the fun in building any business. Challenges keep you alive and evolving. Finding the right business partner was one of the challenges I encountered while working on Meet & Close. Luckily, I did find a great one!

8- What can you tell to young entrepreneurs who are pursuing their dreams?
There’s always a way – if you’re committed… and if you don’t see it, create it!

9- What are you most excited about at the moment?
It seems like we’re having a wonderful start in 2017 and already exceeding our expectation for Q1. This is extremely exciting to me.
