1- Hello Kris, can you please tell us a bit about yourself?
I was born and raised in the south, worked for google right out of college for 10 years as a VP, after I had my son I left at started my social media marketing firm WTF Multimedia.

2- What are your focus areas and why?
Well that depends on what we are referring too. Regardless my son always comes first above anything else. Work wise I focus on utilizing social media to not just to market my clients products or services but also to drive traffic to their sites.

3- How do you describe “WTF Multimedia” in few words?
I don’t think I could describe anything in a few words. We always get asked what “WTF” stands for and honestly I let people think it means whatever they want it to mean. We are real, brutally honest people, who makes marketing fun.

4- Where do you think you are making an impact?
I somehow became known as a “ socialite” still not sure how that happen but I used that title as an opening point to raise awareness on cyberstalking. It’s not a Secret that I am a victim of cyber stalking. Instead of letting it destroy me, I fought back. Which has led me to where I am today l.

5- What are some things that most people don’t know about your job?
With me there is no “work mode” you either get “mommy mode” or just flat out me. When you work in a world that’s constantly changing every hour, you learn if you don’t make it fun, then you will end up hating your job. I always say I should come with a warning label that says “if cussing offends you, then here’s the door”

6- The marketing industry is very changing, where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
I have no idea, I have yet to gain the ability to predict the future but when I do I’ll let ya know!

7- What were some of the biggest challenges you encountered while working on WTF Multimedia?
This question doesn’t apply to me.

8- What advice can you share with new entrepreneurs?
It does not matter what industry your in, if your marketing isn’t 10 steps ahead of the competition you will fail. If you do not believe in yourself then you will fail. As a woman in the tech world (we are a dying breed) I know how hard it can be. If you do not believe in yourself your product or your services then it will be pitch ride out there your marketing.

9- What are you most excited about at the moment?
Bed. I’m joking. I have a lot going on, I’m training for 3 marathons, I was signed to be on a reality show and just got out of having to do that (thank god) a few of my clients have amped up their marketing to the max, and then throw in all of my speaking engagements along with being a soccer mom actually bed is my answer ?

10- The last word or final thoughts?
Sure! BRAND YOURSELF. I don’t just brand companies I also brand the people behind it. If you’re not branding yourself I can promise you someone else is doing it for you.
If you know what you want to be known for then BRAND IT. Otherwise, you’ll have to go through re-branding and trust me it’s not worth it!
