1- Hello Ladarius, can you please tell us a bit about yourself?
Greetings, my name is Ladarius Ealy, I am from the small town we like to call Field City; Mansfield, Louisiana. I grew up in the 90’s era where creativity had no lesser limits, as a young man I watched and dreamed of living colour. At the bright age of 24, I have established myself all through my faith in God; I have several businesses and entities (Mild University, Mild Society, mMega, Mild Talk Radio and many more) I am an established author (Preception One: Never Satisfied, New Antiques), I am an artist “Frankie Vibes” (MTV, CMT, VH1, etc.) I am a humanitarian (The Ladarius Ealy Foundation, The Million Pennies Project, Khaos Kids, etc.) Most importantly, I am a visionary for my people, the motivation for the kids and guidance for the astray. Hello again, my name is Ladarius Ealy.

2- What are your business focus areas and why?
My business focuses are very simple but differ from others. At Mild University we focus on helping other achieve what is said to be unattainable, this year alone we have made a valid push in the music entertainment and media industries, producing up to 50 – 100 songs via Mild University artists; landing charts in different countries throughout different distribution markets, that again is “said” to be unattainable from independent companies. Although music has been a blessing for us over the years, we are now pursuing pathways of unorthodox manifestation, without saying too much more. God is blessing this company and everyone involved.

3- How do you describe “Mild University” in few words?
Simply by saying, “Made In Living Dreams”.

4- Where do you think you are making an impact?
The impact that I’m seeking to make has yet to be attained, the impact that is current is for the freethinkers, the meek, the believers and the dreamers. Unfortunately, my impact is mundane to the impactful nature that God has ordered for us, I would not know success not knowing God. “I hope that impacts YOU”.

5- What are some things that most people don’t know about your job?
Some things most people don’t know about my job… haha, well lets start by saying “when you tell em you great, then they expect that everyday” I use that quotation from an upcoming song called “Mirrors” apart of my newest body of work “tda” – Frankie Vibes; The hardest part of my job is being satisfied, which I am never. Achieving success on all levels even when the odds are against you and walking out extremely gratified until the “what’s next” factors in, which means ultimately the cycle starts again. #NeverSatisfied

6- Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
In the next 5 years I expect globalization, I expect to have beaten persecution and achieved more that God has laid out for me, I expect to have seen family, friends, and associates live up to the standards of their own successes. I predict a very bright 5 years ahead.

7- What were some of the biggest challenges you encountered while working on “Mild University”?
Fear of the unknown. Hidden capabilities. Breaking away from the pack, not having a blueprint in place to fall back on. The biggest challenges of anything you do creatively are structures. It’s vastly important that you consider challenges as tools of competence; Mild U was created after fall after fall. No overnight success helped structure the “Made In Living Dreams” brand and that will probably continuously remain the same for the future. Hard work and dedication, sleepless nights prevent failure of this brand. We work harder to contain the assets that were already given and work even harder for what has to be earned.

8- What can you tell to young people who are pursuing their dreams?
To the young people who are pursing their dreams, CULTIVATE. It’s so easy to walk away and give up; it’s so hard to stick through the pain, heartaches, and tough times to see you in a beneficial light, but because you are already aware of that light God placed upon you, then at that point its not so easy to walk away right?

9- What are you most excited about at the moment?
At this moment and time I am most excited about growth! I just want to continuously grow mentally, spiritually, and physically. I enhance this new era in my life and express to others the importance of giving love unto others. GROWTH

10- The last Word or final thoughts?
Thanks for your time and I am very thankful for this interview, hopefully this inspires someone, whom is in fact just like the person I was a few years ago, the person I am now, and the person I am becoming. God bless, never forget the grind is what you make it. Be #NeverSatisfied.
