1- Hello Peter, can you please tell us a bit about yourself?
I’m Peter, I work offshore on an oil rig in the North Sea and have done for the last ten years, I enjoy the simple things in life.
2- What are your focus areas and why?
I really want to focus the business on social media, as I see loads of potential customers constantly asking for work.
3- How do you describe “Give Me A Price” in few words?
Give me a price is simple, efficient and productive.
4- Where do you think you are making an impact?
We are making an impact in peoples pockets, helping them save money on professionals.
5- Can you tell us about your business strategies?
A strategy so far with a limited budget is to tackle social media and build from there.
6- Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
I would like to see myself away from the offshore game full stop.
7- What were some of the biggest challenges you encountered while working on “Give Me A Price”?
The biggest challenge is trying to get businesses to sign up, I thought it would be the other way around but that is the biggest hurdle, but we will get there slowly but surely, just building the brand and peoples confidence in it.
8- What can you tell young entrepreneurs who are pursuing their dreams?
I would tell them not to let anyone tell you that your idea won’t work or you are wasting your time, if you believe in it then go for it, trial and error.
9- What are you most excited about at the moment?
well, I have just had my first child so I’m excited to see her grow up, even though it’s going so fast, exciting times and challenges ahead which I love.
