Interview With Souphiane Fard, Sales-Driven Digital Marketer, and Digilab Media’s Founder

1- Hello Souphiane, can you please tell us a bit about you?

Hey! My name is Souphiane Fard and I’m a passionate sales-driven digital marketer. I like to think of myself as a creative salesperson who can combine social selling, digital marketing, and traditional selling techniques to create business development systems.

2- What are your focus areas and why?

I focus on implementing digital tools such as websites, landing pages, PPC campaigns, SEO, CRMs, Email Marketing and conversational marketing solutions to generate more leads for businesses. I think that sometimes we lose sight of the objective and end results. Any marketing efforts should be targeted towards generating more revenue for your business.

3- How would you describe Digilab Media in a few words and what is the story behind the name?

Digilab Media is a digital marketing agency founded by myself, Souphiane Fard, that aims to help small businesses thrive online. The name came from the words “Digital” and “Lab”. To achieve results we often have to do a lot of testing before finding something conclusive and banking on it!

4- Where do you think it is really making an impact?

The market is saturated with digital agencies so it’s hard to stand out. We’re making an impact by consistently bringing results to the businesses we work with in addition to providing an outstanding customer service experience.

5- Do you think integrity is an essential part of the entrepreneurial spirit?

Integrity is not only an essential part but a must-have for anyone operating a business or within one. Integrity goes a long way and is the basis of any sustainable operation.

6- What advice would you give to young people just starting out and hoping to make it in the entrepreneurial world?

Never stop learning. Try new things and make mistakes but most importantly learn from them and continue moving forward.

7- Do you find as an expert, that you enjoy the challenge of the industry being complex with the game rules that are always changing?

Yes! I’ve always had a very curious mind and I’m always excited to learn new ways of doing things. I’m always on the lookout on how to gain a competitive advantage!

8- If you could turn the time, what would you love to change in regards to your career?

That’s a tough one! I would definitely find partners earlier on to help me with delivering our services.

9- What are you most excited about at the moment?

LinkedIn! This is a platform that no one should overlook when it comes to business development. The organic reach right now is through the roof, a bit like Instagram in it’s earlier days.
