1- Hello Julia, can you please tell us a bit about yourself?
I’m fiercely committed to guiding female entrepreneurs to achieve their goals while staying in alignment with the life they want to live.
As a long-term entrepreneur, I can help guide you to:

  • Quickly break through what’s getting in the way of reaching your goals.
  • Help you repair that sagging energy that makes it difficult to get things done.
  • And discover ways to bend time to be more productive while in ease and flow.

With more than 20 years of business experience working with small businesses and solo-preneurs helping them to get out of their own way, stay in alignment and reach their goals –  I’m committed to helping you get out of overwhelming and onto a path of achieving one goal after another.

2- What are your business focus areas and why?
Have you ever felt like time was standing still? Those moments when everything seems to be in slow motion and you are totally focused?
I asked myself, “How do you harness that? How can you use the ‘time-bending’ phenomena to your advantage?”. This is the type of thinking T-cubed came from.

3- How do you describe “T-cubed” in few words?

T 3  = TimeTarget and Tranquility.

  • Aligning your energy with the way you use your Time
  • Hitting the Target with your Goals
  • And doing this in Tranquility (ease and flow)

4- Where do you think you are making an impact?
I think I make the most impact with women that have a deep desire to break away from their 9-5 and design a life on their own terms. I’ve navigated this road and know the roadblocks and “potholes” that can slow you down, or even throw you off the road!

5- What are some things that most people don’t know about your job?
The desire to help other female entrepreneurs through mentoring and coaching is a passion. There is nothing I’d rather be doing that to see that breakthrough moment and be able to celebrate with them. Women often do not have the support and guidance they need to make a change. In part, because we have so many additional responsibilities.
Home and family, civic and church, we are often provider and entertainer in the same day!
I’m deeply committed to the helping them see they have value to offer and can get paid to do it.

6- The entrepreneurial world is always changing, where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
I hope to be doing what I’m doing now but on a bigger stage. Helping entrepreneurs grow, get out of their own way and achieve their goals faster than they ever thought they could. All while staying in alignment with what is truly important to them.

7- What were some of the biggest challenges you encountered while working on “Time, Target and Tranquillity”?
A few years ago I would NOT have been the one you wanted to teach you about time abundance!
I found myself sitting and crying as one more time a car load of 8 – 12-year-olds drove out of the driveway without me. It wasn’t because I didn’t want to go but once again I scheduled
myself so full –  I didn’t have the space in my schedule to go watch the kids play ball.
I don’t know how this all started!
My goal was to have MORE TIME. To be able to do more of what I love. To have what I was passionate about front and center in my life.
How did it come to this! How did it come down to tears streaming down my face, alone in the middle of the living room, confused?
The ways I had learned to “manage” my time were supposed to give me more time to enjoy life!
So I decided to make some changes, to become more aligned with what I really wanted.
I started to be brutally honest with myself and confront the areas of my life where I was spending my time on things that I didn’t care about. It wasn’t always easy, I shed a lot of tears and plowed through a load of guilt.
But on the other side… I began to see, you can truly have more time, more freedom, more resources.
It’s a whole new way of aligning your energy with the way you use your time so you can be more productive plus have time and resources to act on those exciting ideas.

8- What can you tell to young women who are pursuing their dreams to have a business?
That it’s going to get tough. A rocket takes the most fuel as it leaves the ground and your business is no different. You have to put in the time and the energy up-front to have the pay-off later.
So this means you can’t fall for every new idea that comes up, no matter how enticing.
You have to stick with your plan and see it all the way through. And because seeing things all the way through is not easy, you need support. Find people who are on similar paths but a few steps ahead of you so you have motivation, guidance and support. That way you won’t quit on yourself when the going gets tough.

9- What are you most excited about at the moment?
One thing that I would like every female entrepreneur to know is that it’s ok to stop hiding. So many of you have not lived up to your potential, and you’re very aware of the fact.
It’s not that you don’t know what to do or even how to do it, but there is this sense, deep down that if people knew the real you, they wouldn’t like what they found.
It’s as if the life and business you are trying to build is meant for everyone else and not you.
No matter how hard you try to stay positive, say your affirmations, write in your journal and work on your self it’s not coming together.
So, to answer the question “what am I most excited about at the moment?” I would have to say that I get to help women break those chains. To learn to free themselves from a self-imposed prison of self-doubt. Because the world needs their gifts and if they keep hiding no one gets those beautiful gifts.

10- The last Word or final thoughts?
Can you imagine *never* having to struggle with time again?
Are you open to the possibility?
Are you willing to believe that time struggle is something that does not have to exist in your life?
Would you be willing to explore that there might be a way don’t have to feel like you are wasting time or feel like you’re chronically behind?
If so, I want to invite you to this recorded training where you’ll learn 5 ways to hack time And Stretch Your Time To The Max!
