1- Hello Cass, can you please tell us a bit about yourself?

I am a highly trained and experienced clinical hypnotherapist and mindset coach. With a passion for helping individuals achieve their fullest potential, I combine the power of hypnosis and mindset coaching to facilitate positive changes in my clients’ lives.

I am a deeply curious individual with a burning passion for helping others. With a natural sense of curiosity, I constantly seek out new knowledge and experiences, always eager to learn and grow.

As a creative soul, I find inspiration in various forms of artistic expression, from writing to music, and design. This creativity fuels my ability to think outside the box and approach challenges from unique perspectives, often resulting in innovative solutions.

However, it is my unwavering passion for helping others that truly sets me apart. With a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others, I go above and beyond to provide support, guidance, and empathy to those in need. 2- What are your focus areas and why?

As a clinical hypnotherapist and mindset coach, I specialize in helping clients overcome limiting beliefs and habits, manage stress and anxiety, boost self-confidence and self-esteem, overcome fears and phobias, goal setting and achievement, personal growth and transformation, and performance enhancement.

I combine hypnotherapy and coaching to provide a holistic approach to personal growth and transformation, addressing both conscious and subconscious aspects of the mind.

I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual client, utilizing a combination of hypnosis and mindset coaching techniques to facilitate positive transformation and empower my clients to live their best lives.

3- As a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, what is it that motivates and drives you?

As a clinical hypnotherapist, I am motivated by a desire to help others and a passion for hypnotherapy as a therapeutic modality. I am compassionate by nature and find fulfillment in using my skills to assist clients in overcoming challenges, resolving issues, and achieving positive changes in their lives.

I am committed to client well-being and strive to provide the best possible care, I am driven by a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning and improvement and seek out further training, education, and supervision to enhance my skills, knowledge, and effectiveness, and witness positive client outcomes.

I prioritize the welfare and autonomy of my clients, maintain confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards. Finally, I am personally passionate about my own personal growth and development, which enhances my effectiveness and contributes to my own well-being.

4- Where do you think your work is making an impact?

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool and has empowered my clients by helping them tap into their subconscious minds and uncover their inner resources. It has also had a positive impact by resolving my client’s emotional and psychological issues, enhancing physical health, facilitating personal growth and transformation, improving performance, achieving goals, and empowering self-care and self-management.

I have witnessed hypnotherapy have a positive impact on physical health by harnessing the mind-body connection and complementing traditional medical treatments and supporting overall health and wellness. It has also helped my clients develop self-regulation skills, coping strategies, and relaxation techniques that they can continue to use in their daily lives to manage stress, promote self-care, and maintain their progress.

5- Tell us about the mindset mentoring service you are providing.

As a mindset coach, I work with clients to identify and transform the mindset patterns that may be holding them back from achieving their desired outcomes. I help clients develop a positive and empowering mindset that fosters resilience, motivation, and success. Through techniques such as rational emotive behavioral therapy and positive psychology, I empower my clients to shift their mindsets, develop new perspectives, and take action toward their goals.

With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I create a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their inner world, uncover their true potential, and make positive changes in their lives. My goal as a clinical hypnotherapist and mindset coach is to facilitate lasting transformation, helping my clients live their lives to the fullest and achieve their desired outcomes.

6- Do you find that as an expert, you enjoy the challenges of the complex nature of the industry?

As a clinical hypnotherapist, I find enjoyment in the challenges posed by the complex nature of the industry. Hypnotherapy is a diverse and dynamic field that requires continuous learning and adaptation to effectively address the unique needs and concerns of each client.

I enjoy the challenge of tailoring hypnotherapy sessions to meet the individual needs of my clients, and the ever-evolving nature of the field of hypnotherapy keeps me engaged and motivated. Research and advancements in hypnotherapy techniques, neuroscience, and psychology continually expand our understanding of the mind and its potential for healing and transformation.

The complexities of the industry also provide opportunities for professional growth, creativity, and innovation. I find joy in helping my clients overcome complex challenges and achieve positive outcomes through hypnotherapy.

7- Where do you see the future of mental health and well-being in the workplace with remote work?

Remote work has highlighted the importance of mental health and well-being in the workplace. There is an increased awareness and emphasis on promoting mental health in the workplace, including remote work settings, through initiatives such as mental health programs, resources, and policies.

Virtual mental health services have become more prevalent during the pandemic, and employers may offer virtual mental health services as part of their employee wellness programs.

Work-life integration is also being encouraged, such as flexible work schedules, regular breaks, and self-care practices. Remote work has enabled the adoption of technology-driven solutions for mental health and well-being, such as digital tools, apps, and platforms that support mental health, stress management, and mindfulness.

Additionally, managers may receive training and resources to identify signs of mental health challenges, provide support and accommodations, and promote a positive and inclusive work culture. The advice I would offer advice to young creatives who are pursuing their dreams. It is important to have confidence in oneself and trust your creative instincts. Embrace your creativity and have confidence in your creative vision. Stay passionate and stay connected to your passion for your craft. Embrace failure as a learning opportunity and use it as a chance to grow and improve your creative skills.

Network and collaborate with like-minded individuals, seek mentorship, and collaborate with others in your creative field. Stay persistent and patient. Creative pursuits can be challenging but rewarding.

To achieve your goals, it is important to stay persistent in your efforts and remain patient with the process. Take care of your mental and physical well-being, practice self-care, prioritize self-reflection, manage stress, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

9- What are you most excited about at the moment?

As a clinical hypnotherapist, I am most excited about the potential for positive change and transformation in the lives of my clients. I am excited about utilizing the power of hypnosis to help clients overcome obstacles, gain insight into their behaviors and beliefs, and make positive changes in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I am also excited about the growing recognition and acceptance of hypnotherapy as a valid and effective form of therapy, as well as the growing awareness and integration of it into mainstream healthcare practices.

Lastly, I am excited to stay updated with the latest advancements in hypnotherapy techniques, tools, and modalities to better serve my clients and help them achieve their therapeutic goals.
