Interview With Entrepreneur & SEO Locale’s COO, Nick Quirk

1- Hello Nick, can you please tell us a bit about you?

Well, my name is Nick Quirk, I’ve been doing digital marketing since the early 2000s. I found my niche when I owned my own business back in the early 2000s of developing websites and offering online marketing to clients. After 10 years in business, I decided to move onto some in-house roles that lead me to come back to owning my own business when an offer was presented to me in June 2018. Since joining SEO Locale we have grown 285% from 2018 to 2019. The company is taking digital marketing to the next level by offering a product for any type of business and providing results.

2- What are your focus areas and why?

Local SEO is our focus, we love watching small businesses grow. During our time in business, we branched out to offer a full digital marketing package for all sizes.

3- How would you describe “SEO Locale” in a few words?

A small marketing team providing big results.

4- Where do you think it’s making an impact?

We’re making an impact online, we’re so transparent in our own space that we want people to understand the product of SEO. We recently published results from 2019 vs 2018 with some of our clients which can be found here –

5- Do you think your mindset has anything to do with your success?

My mindset of taking every client as my own and pretending it is my own business. Knowing their pain points and how we can help them grow their revenue with our online marketing makes us so successful. Clients love what we do for them.

6- What advice would you give to young people just starting out and hoping to make it?

Learn SEO, it is not going anywhere. It will make or break businesses in the next decade. Your competition will beat you with online marketing. Keep up to date with the best SEO practices and grow your business organically.

7- Do you find as an expert, that you enjoy the challenge of the industry being complex with the game rules that are always changing?

The digital marketing space is a tricky one, but I enjoy not knowing the “secret sauce” in SEO. Every client gets a different strategy because we find ourselves so successful by providing our product to every client. The history of their data helps us make it more successful for their future.

8- And where do you see the company in the next 5 years?

SEO Locale will be at the forefront of this industry. We’re a unique marketing company that has a proven track record of providing results for clients.

9- What are you most excited about at the moment?

I am extremely excited to see the next Google update hit the search engines. I remember in the early 2000s you could build massive backlinks and rank. Now there is more of a strategy behind SEO. I love learning new technologies and being successful with our clients.

10- The last word or final thoughts?

For all entrepreneurs and start-ups focus on your online presence as soon as you can. Growing your business from an online perspective is important in 2020, almost everyone looks for a service or product online.
