Well, my journey into fitness started at a young age through my involvement in sports. Unfortunately, I faced a setback due to an injury during high school. Overcoming that challenge fueled my determination to regain my fitness level. During that time, I realized fitness’s profound impact on my life, and I wanted to share that with others. So, after high school, I pursued certifications in personal training to formalize my passion for a profession.
Now, with over a decade in the fitness industry, can you share some of the highlights of your career so far?
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my career is witnessing the positive transformations in my clients. Whether it’s helping someone achieve their strength goals, guiding another through yoga practice, or preparing a client for a competitive marathon, each success story is a highlight for me. I’ve also had the opportunity to explore different fitness realms, incorporating yoga, strength training, and cardio into my programs to cater to a diverse range of client needs.
How do you tailor your approach to meet the unique goals and needs of your clients?
Customization is key. I believe in creating personalized fitness plans based on an individual’s goals, fitness levels, and preferences. Can you tell us about your interests and how they complement your role as a fitness trainer?
I’m a firm believer in practicing what I preach. I love spending moments with my family and friends in my spare time. I’m also a travel enthusiast, and exploring new places feeds my curiosity and inspires me. Hiking and running are personal passions of mine, and having completed multiple marathons, I understand the dedication and discipline required for such endeavors. This firsthand experience allows me to better relate to my clients who have similar aspirations.
