Google the company behind Chrome, is planning to shift to a new system for using HTML5 by default instead of Flash by this fall.

So rather then allowing Flash, the browser will try to use HTML5 if it can.
If the procedure doesn’t work, the browser will ask the user if he’d like to use Flash or not.

It’s good news for Internet users, as Flash is always present more and more potentials for Insecurity and irrelevancy and specially after Adobe asked users to stop using Flash earlier this year.
